Reservation Policy

Check in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 12:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Booking Guarantee: A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Failure to cancel within this period will result in a charge of 30% of total amount and same day cancellation should be charged 80% of total billing amount or in rush days it could be equivalent to one night's stay.
No-show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the first night will be charged.

Refund Policy

Cancellation at 3 days before the booking date will charge 25% penalty of total booking amount.

Cancellation at 2 day before the booking date will charge 35% penalty of total booking amount.

Cancellation at 1 day on the booking date will charge 70% penalty of total booking amount.

Refund will be surely processed within 2 days after the cancellation completed. We can/will modify this cancellation charge and will update here with time and date.

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI and cash payments. Payment must be completed at check-in or during your stay, depending on the type of reservation.
Taxes and Fees: All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. These will be clearly listed at the time of booking.

Guest Responsibilities

Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) upon check-in.
Number of Guests: The number of guests occupying a room must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
Children: Children under the age of 12 stay free when sharing a room with their parents, but this is limited to two children per room. Extra beds or cots may be available for an additional fee.

Hotel Policies

Quiet Hours: To ensure the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise disturbances during these hours will not be tolerated.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon at the time of booking.
Room Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property during their stay. Any costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest's bill.

Liability

Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
Parking: The hotel provides parking for guests. However, we are not liable for any damage to vehicles parked on our premises.

Force Majeure

Hotel Arnav Regency will not be held responsible for any cancellations or interruptions of services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.
